Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of Delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, smoke, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

  • Sale or Clearance items
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, belts, handbags
  • Bodysuits, intimates and swimwear.
  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. 
  • Store credit will be emailed once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

Please email us on the website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
