Order Tracking

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Dodd & Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dodd & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or contacting the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

  • At this time, Dodd & Co. ships within the United States only.
